About the Project
Condos at Dorian Place is a proposed high-rise residential development located at 9, 15, 19, 23, 27, 31 Dorian Place and 8260 Yonge Street. Currently in the planning and approval stage, the project is situated in the Langstaff area along the Yonge Street corridor in Richmond Hill.
The development is planned as a large-scale residential community with approximately 930 units and a total built-up area of around 750,000 sq. ft. The proposal reflects ongoing intensification in one of the GTA’s key transit-oriented growth areas.
